In this moment of resignation and welcoming the new year, we ushered in the 2025 Annual Meeting Ceremony and 2024 Annual Year-end Summary Meeting, which was successfully held on January 23-24, 2025, with all the staff reviewing the past year's struggles and looking forward to the blueprint for the future development. ·  Year-end summary

On January 23rd, Ranneng's 2024 year-end summary meeting was successfully held, and the agenda was divided into three stages.

In the first stage, the staff of each department in turn, comprehensively sort out and summarize the work of the past year, share project experience and point out the existing problems.

In the second stage, each department head took stock of the work of the department, sorted out and summarized the achievements, accumulated experience and deficiencies of the department's work, and made a brief introduction and planning for the department's work content and requirements in 2025.

In the third stage, vice general manager Tang Zhongyou, general manager Lin Shengping and chairman Gao Gang grandly honored and thanked the employees who have made outstanding contributions, and at the same time pointed out the work direction for the future development of Ranergy.

At the end of the meeting, the company adhered to the tradition of carefully prepared for everyone the New Year's money red packets and the meaning of auspicious tangerines, symbolizing the New Year's prosperity, “orange” auspicious as expected. · Going to the New Year with Hands

On January 24th, Ranneng middle and senior leaders held a meeting of “2024 Summary and 2025 Planning” with the person in charge of each branch. The purpose of this meeting is to comprehensively review and summarize the company's business development in 2024 and plan the direction of business development in 2025, in order to flourish and create brilliance in the new year.

At the beginning of the meeting, the persons in charge of each branch made a report on the status of project implementation in 2024 in turn, elaborating in detail the process of project promotion, the results achieved, as well as the difficulties and challenges encountered in the process. Afterwards, the participants discussed the status of each project, and with their professional knowledge, they put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions to support the improvement of the project.

Afterwards, the company's senior management commented and summarized the reports of each branch, and fully affirmed the achievements of each branch in 2024. At the same time, they also pointed out the existing problems and shortcomings.

In the second stage of the meeting, the senior leaders of Ranneng made a detailed interpretation of the development plan for 2025 based on the market situation and industry development trend. The leaders said that in the new year, the company will continue to expand its business fields in depth, enhance its core competitiveness, invest more in technological innovation and talent training, consider improving the quality of products and services as the core task, and continuously improve customer satisfaction. On the evening of January 24th, when the summary meeting was coming to an end, the well-prepared reunion dinner was also kicked off. The atmosphere of the dinner was warm and cozy, with every member of the company sitting around a round table.
