At present in the international and domestic for industrial waste gas treatment, organic waste gas treatment methods are mainly physical, chemical and biological methods, including adsorption, direct combustion, catalytic combustion, chemical oxidation, biological filters and other means of treatment, at this stage of China's current for organic waste gas treatment process are: isolation method, combustion, absorption, condensation, plasma, low-temperature catalytic oxidation, adsorption method, and so on.
1.Exhaust gas treatment isolation method: is through special filter materials, placed in the exhaust gas discharge process, by mechanical isolation, so as to achieve the effect of exhaust gas treatment.
Advantages: high efficiency in the treatment of foggy gum smoke, no technical requirements, simple operation.
Disadvantages: can not effectively remove organic matter, wind resistance.
2.Exhaust gas treatment combustion method: the use of high temperature heating methods, organic waste gas combustion treatment directly to achieve the purpose of exhaust gas purification.
Advantages: high purification efficiency, up to 95% or more.
Disadvantages: the need for a large amount of heat, need to consume a lot of energy, but also easy to generate NOX at high temperatures and other secondary pollution.
3.Exhaust gas treatment absorption method: the use of absorbing liquid and exhaust gas mutual contact, so that the harmful substances in the exhaust gas dissolved into the absorbing liquid, so that the exhaust gas can be purified. The absorbing liquid is treated separately.
Advantages: small investment, low operating costs, simple operation.
Disadvantages: low processing efficiency, instability, purification efficiency is not high, about 50%, it is difficult to meet the relevant environmental requirements, suitable for low concentration of organic waste gas, secondary pollution.
4.Exhaust gas treatment condensation method: through condensation cooling, when the temperature is lower than the condensation point of harmful substances, gaseous hazardous substances into liquid state, separated from the air, so as to purify.
Advantages: stable operation, high purification efficiency.
Disadvantages: large investment, the environment and operation.
